Jamilla Jaffer
Director
Jamilla Jaffer was born in Nørrebro, Denmark, but grew up in Vallensbæk Strand, Denmark. Jamilla is graduated as a lawyer at Copenhagen University. Since then she has dealt with integration such as social work with exposed youths in a corporation with ministries, public schools, colleges trade unions and organisations. Also, she has worked with role models in the ministry of integrations's project called "In need of all youths" in the year 2003 to 2004. Furthermore she has worked with labour integration at LO where she was in charge of the trade union's research center in integration the the year 2005 to 2007. Jamilla has also been focusing on consultancy at Ankerhus A/S in the year 2008 to 2009.

Sidsel Maria Hummelgren
Intercultural consultant
Sidsel was born in Vesterbro, Denmark but grew up in Albertslund, Denmark. Since then she had been settled in Greece, France, Sweden and is now settled in Nørrebro, Denmark. Sidsel is graduated in International Development Studies and Cultural Encounters from Roskilde University. During her studies she has problem-oriented dealt with relations concerning immigrants, asylum and integration politics. She has also dealt with migration, gender, ethnicities, nationality and identity. Sidsel has worked with integration and intercultural issues on a NGO level and has since then been a co-founder of the critical gender magazine called Consume.

Natasha Ruparelia
Student/Junior consultant
Natasha is born and bred in Albertslund, Denmark. In the summer 2013 she finishes her bachelor degree from Roskilde University in Psychology and Business Studies. During her education she has taken a term in London, the United Kingdom, where she supplement her studies with Social and Developmental Psychology, Marketing and Human Resource Management. Through her studies she has dealt with problem-oriented work and developed projects within the asylum seekers' life situation in Denmark, The good life, Group dynamics and processes, Gypsies in Denmark among others.
