​About Jamilla

​

Jamilla Jaffer was born in Nørrebro, Denmark, but grew up in Vallensbæk Strand, Denmark. Jamilla is graduated as a lawyer at Copenhagen University. Since then she has dealt with integration such as social work with exposed youths in a corporation with ministries, public schools, colleges trade unions and organisations. Also, she has worked with role models in the ministry of integrations's project called "In need of all youths" in the year 2003 to 2004. Furthermore she has worked with labour integration at LO where she was in charge of the trade union's research center in integration the the year 2005 to 2007. Jamilla has also been focusing on consultancy at Ankerhus A/S in the year 2008 to 2009.

  • Since the year 2003 Jamilla has worked with concultancy focusing on development an implementation of political integration processes both nationally and locally.
  • Field of work is integration and ethnical equality mentoring, developlment of integration politics, facilitation of educational activities and coaching. 
  • Jamilla has a lot of experience with political work and decision-making processes in political organisations.

Consultancy experience:

  • Development and completion of the Con3bution Camp in Copenhagen municipality in coorporation with Jobcenter Skelbækgade, Denmark.
  • Development and implementation of the education of integration employees in Varde municipality, Denmark.
  • Development and completion of project days for the Prison Service, KAB, The National Housing Association and day care centers amongst others.
  • Recruitment and education of role models in personal management, democraty and anti-radicalisation.
  • Training of youths in communication and personal enhancement in relation to sales.
  • Development and teaching at NGO's project management eduction.
  • Project days, PenSam, The Danish immigration Service.
  • Planning, completion and facilitation of NIF's (Network in the Trade Union) yearly meeting and facilitation of NIF's network.
  • Preparation of integration politics at Dansk Metal and completion of the strategy.
  • Development of a booklet on ethnical equality politics.

  • Author on the book "Hassan and Grete - Inclusion in public schools".
